Friday, March 28, 2003 Ladies Retreat! First Baptist Church Bastrop's 4th annual Ladies retreat will be March 28-29. Special guest speaker is the well known Marge Caldwell, of Houston, best known as a guest speaker on "Focus on the Family", also author of numerous books. She will be speaking on Friday and twice on Saturday. Terry Willaims a youth leader from San Marcos will make a special youth presentation in which she addresses many issues relevant to modern youth. Marge's subject is "God's Women in Today's World". She will be focusing on the physical , mentla emotional, and spiritual issues facing today's women. The retreat will be from 7:00-9:00pm Friday and 8:30am-2:30pm Saturday. The cost is $35 for adults and $20 for youth. Open to young women in 7th - 12th grade. This will include a catered lunch on Saturday. Some Scholarships are available. Child care is available for Saturday only. Registrations is already in process and concludes 3-23-03.
